​PEMD Diagnosis

The PEMD diagnosis makes it possible to identify the resources resulting from deconstruction with a potential for reusing the waste generated by the deconstruction and/or rehabilitation operations.

This diagnosis makes it possible to establish an exhaustive list concerning the nature, the quantity and the general state of each product. It will make it possible to detect the channels for reusing or recycling the materials concerned.

Namely that the PEMD diagnosis has been compulsory since January 1, 2022 if the cumulative surface area of the buildings of the same deconstruction or rehabilitation operation is greater than 1000 m².
