Multi-year work plan
Anticipate future investments in your building
The draft multi-year work plan is part of the Climate and Resilience law, law N ° 2021-1104 of August 22, 2022. This document is mandatory for co-ownerships over 15 years old, for partial or total residential use.
The multi-year work plan (PPT) is a detailed schedule of the collective works to be carried out within a co-ownership, spread over 10 years.
It aims to guarantee the preservation of the building, the maintenance of the collective areas and common equipment, and the improvement of energy efficiency.
